Presentations can be given in person or online, according to the authors' preferences.

The participation cost will be applied to each individual participant, including those who submit multi-authored articles.

Payment transactions should occur once the application summary has been accepted.

Once payment has been received, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

Attending the congress as an observer is free. Those attending as observers are not need to register. However, observers are ineligible to participate in the congress's excursions and dinners.

Only individuals who have submitted a written statement can be included in the tour and dinner program.

(The fees cover paper presentations, attendance at sessions and panels, lunch and dinner, participation certificates for all listed authors, and publication of abstracts and full texts in the conference proceedings. The excursion fee includes participation in the final day’s excursion.)
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation, transportation, and other expenses.
